Thank you for shopping with StoryMakerz! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within the times as specified in the ordering process of the specified items after receiving your payment confirmation. Please note that delivery times are determined by the design time, final approval, manufacturing time and courier option selected. Prices are quoted according to standard shipping rates to main metropolitan areas within South Africa. If delivery is required to non-standard area, please request an out additional quotation.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number where applicable.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We offer shipping throughout South Africa via trusted courier partners (e.g. The Courier Guy, Aramex, etc.).

Shipping Option

Estimated Delivery Time (5 - 7 days from confirmation of final artwork and confirmation of payment)

Cost: dependent on delivery destination - Calculated at checkout

Standard Shipping

2–5 business days

Express Shipping*

1–2 business days

Cost is dependent on destination

*Express shipping is available in major metropolitan areas only.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, especially rural or outlying areas.

3. Click & Collect / Pickup (If Applicable)

You may choose to collect your order from our store or pickup point:

🕒 Collection Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (Call for special requirements)

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before arriving.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred in their destination country.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using the courier’s website.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Strikes or courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delays.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect details.
